Judy's Paper Dolls: Your One-Stop Shop for Craft Supplies
Welcome to Judy's Paper Dolls and a lifelong love of paper, art, collecting, and creativity. What began with a few black-and-white paper dolls in 1974 grew into a collection of more than 1,800 products and decades of creating, restoring, publishing, and sharing paper artwork with paper doll enthusiasts and crafters.
From Paper Doll Collector to Paper Doll Artist
My story with paper dolls began in 1974, when I started drawing and selling black-and-white paper dolls. Over the years, my passion for paper, art, fashion, and historical images continued to grow.
My love of paper dolls was influenced by my mother's own paper doll collecting, along with our shared appreciation for magazines, catalogs, fashion art, greeting cards, and other beautiful printed images. Those collections and interests became the foundation for what would eventually become Judy's Paper Dolls.
That passion has remained at the heart of everything I do.
Decades of Creating, Restoring & Sharing Paper Dolls
Throughout my career as a paper doll artist and designer, I've had the opportunity to work with organizations including Hobby House, B. Shackman, Dover, Magicloth Toys, and Schylling Toys.
In 1998, Judy's Paper Dolls established a presence on the newly emerging World Wide Web. The original papergoodies.com website eventually became one of the largest online sources for paper dolls.
Today, the collection continues to bring together paper dolls, paper crafts, artwork, and other creative paper products for collectors and people who simply love to play, create, and have fun with paper.
