Now on 80# Archival Cardstock
Beautifully drawn and appearing in newspapers all across the country, these paper dolls from the "funny papers" were the delight of girls everywhere. In 1949, Saalfield publishers realized the commecial value of these PDs and gathered them into a collection of SIXY FOUR pages. They called it Tip Top Dolls with a misleading cover of redrawn figures, giving no clue as to the beautifully drawn art inside.
Here are a pair of the images; dancers, Dolly and Rosa in their gloriously ruffled and flared skirts. Charlotte draws little cartoons along the bottom of each telling more about the gal's life activities. Restored to full color brilliance, and formatted to fit 8.5"x11" format. Laser printed on 80# CARDSTOCK bright white archival paper, and presented in a crystal clear seal-top bag.
