Collage Art by Judy M Johnson
for ATC Craft (Artists Trading Cards)
and Paper Craft
Here's one sheet on 80# archival cardstock 8.5" x 11". The page has 9 mini collaged designs of pretty ladies; some by America's top artists and some classic "scrap" art images. Some represented are: Ruth Eastman, Rolf Armstrong, Zoe mozert, and Haskel Coffin.
Judy had a fun time doing digital collage by layering textures and patterns to create mini works of art. Each one is different. You cut them apart for your crafting needs.
This is but ONE of several pages featuring my days of fun creating these digital collage images. There are 6-7 layers of design and textures on each one. I love the way they turned out!
You can begin with these images and enhance them with inks, trims, applique's, quotations, etc. to make your own trading cards. They can also be used for collage, scrapbooking, decoupage, invitations, note cards, mini posters for doll houses, and more. Our Canon archival toners hold up to most glues and mediums.
Here's the copy from a wrapper on a bundle of blank pre-cut Strathmore ATC cards I bought:
* What are artist trading cards?
ATCs are miniature pieces of art that are traded around the world. Artists create, trade, collect and sell art at "swap" events, in person, and online. It's a great way to meet other artists and share your work. The only official rule is that ATCs be sized 2.5" x 3.5".
