Jim Howard was a superstar in the time of art-as-illustration in the fashion world. NOTICE: Out-Of-U.S. shipments will run $15 extra to Canada and $24 extra elsewhere, if you order more than 2 PSP books or mix with other product, because only TWO PSPs can fit into the flat rate International package. Then it must go to the larger size Priority envelope...costing considerably more. So we must ask you to add those amounts to your PayPal payment, or we will add it to your credit card charge.
However if you only order 1 or 2, shipping will remain as automatically calculated.
