Paper Doll Post Card Kit II
Make Your Own PD Post Cards
Sometimes all it takes is a little boost of materials for some folks to get creative and make their own paper doll projects and gifts.
Hows-about this one? I have for you two backgrounds; each with four patterned post cards with color variations. I've had fun making the patterns for the overlays of dots, plaids and checks. This makes a pretty ground for you to paste down the components that come on the third sheet. That page has 6 paper dolls, plus dresses and hats.
There are also some banners, trims, dolls, toys and greetings. You can also add your own words and other trims. The dolls and clothes are from a book called "27 Dancing Dolls" of 1938. Trims and toys are from various sources. We unclude a small image of the samples within the kit for you to get ideas.
Wouldn't it be fun to get a couple kits and have a play day with a friend or two? With some adult help cutting out the components, kids could have a grand time with you too.
Shown above are the three working pages plus two smaller pages showing samples of how you may apply the components to make your post cards
In the crystal clear seal top bag you will have three pages of 80# cardstock, all archival. Our laser inks hold up nicely to most glues and applied art mediums.
