Two 1930s Magazine Ads
Featuring Paper Dolls
What fun it is to find paper dolls in unexpected places! Here I have brightened up a couple ad pages from the 1930s:
1- 1937 Cutex Nail Polish adv. from The Delineator
showing a lady PD and two dresses, with suggestions as to the correct nail color to wear.
2- An undated Ivory Soap adv. with a photo of seated ladies, and a little child. There are cleaner, brighter clothes to put on them, paper doll style, to show how much prettier clothes look when washed in Ivory Snow.
Laser printed on 80# coverstock. 8.5" x 11" each page. All archival. Stored in crystal clear seal-top bag.
